Visualization Exercises have been pivotal in changing my life.

I'm also a great believer in affirmations and have been doing them for years, in fact my most favorite time to use them is when I'm out walking, or driving. I also find that doing them first thing in the morning really helps get my day off to a good start, and last thing at night helps me sleep better.

Why do visualization exercises and affirmations work so well? They allow us to enter a creative space, where we can let go of our every day judgments and allow new information to enter. When we do a them we set into motion powerful attraction patterns that start the manifestation process as described in 'The Secret.'

I have one visualization I said every day over and over for the half hour that I was on the treadmill, over and over. I can't even begin to explain the difference it has made in my life.

We become what we believe. So, if you're telling yourself you're a worthless, helpless, no good nothing and you're imagining you'll fail at everything, here's what will happen. You'll believe it, act as if it is the truth and get results that confirm your belief. It's a vicious downward spiral when visualization exercises and affirmations are used in a negative way.

But here's the good news: If you tell yourself over and over that you're an amazing, incredible sacred being who deserves to be treated with love and respect, even if you don't believe it initially you start a powerful process. If you keep saying it, it literally becomes the fabric of your being and once that happens your life will change dramatically.
