So you think just one minute can’t achieve anything? That's not so. Try to sit for just one minute in silence and you'll find that a single minute is a lot longer than you think.
Do that now so you get a feeling for how long a minute can be.
If you take just one minute for yourself every day – it can go a long way to making you happier. When we feel more in balance, we don’t have the same need to eat to self-nurture or comfort.
Food eating (and feeling as if you need to diet) are all just symptoms of something deeper. Often it’s that we don’t take enough ‘ME’ time.
Work through these one magical minutes for yourself even just once a day, and you'll be amazed at what a difference it can make..
