Smiling my way to health

I completely agree with this. Sometimes it is hard to find something that makes me laugh though. If I'm feeling cruddy and need to snap out of it, I just start smiling.
It might sound weird, but I really do feel better almost right away if I just keep smiling, it doesn't even have to be a big grin. Seems like smiling and laughing "dissolve" negativity really well.
