Since 'The Secret' became a household name, the power of positive thinking has really been catapaulted into the public eye. Fact is it's been around for centuries and it's enormously powerful. And it's powerful when it comes to improving self esteem too.

With ideas about how quantum energy works now also becoming more and more mainstream, people are starting to realize that our thoughts are energy. And not only are they energy but they manifest in powerful ways.

The power of positive thinking though isn't the only thing that is powerful - the power of negative thinking is every bit as powerful. And sadly, for many people living in bodies they dislike - negative thinking is where they are stuck.

This isn't surprising given that there are whole industries out there whose bottom line depends on feeding you pictures and images that feed negative thinking about yourself.

Have you ever wondered if, as you're improving self esteem, you can 'think yourself thin?' Well that's an interesting though because the moment you start to 'think thin' what we're trained to focus on is 'losing weight.' And if the law of attraction is anything to go by then what you're going to be doing is attracting more weight to lose. That's not the way to use the power of positive thinking.

That's one of the reasons why I want you to focus on having a Joy-Filled Body.

It's also why the best weight loss program is Mind over Fatter - you see it's all about the MIND. When you change that, your weight and harness your power of thinking, any excess weight will leave you automatically but most importantly you self-esteem would have soared. You literally can think thin when you focus on health-gain rather than weight loss.
