As I now know from 20 years of researching in medical and psychological journals, we've all just been hoodwinked and badly conned! Check out these 12 powerful diet myths
Along with countless other dieters, I've lost hundreds of pounds,not only once but multiple times in my 20-years of yo-yo dieting! So if weight loss alone was my criteria, then every diet I've ever been on have always 'worked.'
And that of course means that if the diet worked that made me the failure because I didn't have enough willpower. Ha! - We're getting fatter! If we'd found diets that work we wouldn't have headlines like: "Obesity epidemic now termed Globesity"?
- We're get unhealthier. If all these amazing low fat, no fat, so-called 'diet' and 'health' products worked so well - we wouldn't see headlines like: "Soaring Type II diabetes causes alarm"?
THERE IS ONLY ONE POSSIBLE CONCLUSION
