Hi Amanda...love your picture of you and your baby -thanks for sharing those with us!

I have to say that I'm not so into diets from magazines... truth be known I'm not into anything that tells me when and what to eat because those kind of plans have all failed me in the past. They only got me deeper into Diet City because they didn't do anything to change my mind - they only worked on changing my body.

But having said that we are all unique and different and for that reason, the paths we have to take are all unique as well. I just know that for myself I can't stick to being told what to eat and when so for me to start on something like that is setting myself up for failure from the outset.

I also know that I always thought it was about getting my body back (to whatever figure I had in mind) but no matter how much work I did on my body - I just couldn't keep it up.

It took me a long time to figure out that what I really needed to get back was my 'mind about my body'. I thought it was my body that was creating my problems with my mind which created the problems with how I felt about my body.

But actually by focussing on losing weight, I didn't realize that I kept attracting more weight to lose.

Hey, keep us posted, we love to know how your'e doing. This may work well for you and I'm sure others would love to hear about that too.
