Hi Jess - I know that when I was a student, I thought that just about any tactics to lose weight were smart. I won't ever bore you with some of the many that I tried.
But when you're robbing your body of nutrients and then drinking alcohol which is often high in sugar and which in large quantities is harmful to your body, well it really isn't the healthiest choice is it?
And don't you find that sometimes over-indulging in alcohol gives you the munchies and bang there goes your self-control anyway.
