I eat intuitively. No "breakfast for the past 35 years", and I look and feel good.

As soon as I was independent from my parents who forced breakfast down my throat LITERALLY, I never felt the urge to eat before 11, 12 every day.
Even on holidays, I'd pay for an expensive breakfast but I'll be lucky if I can drink a glass of juice and normally I am the last guest to go to the breakfast room.

I experimented once with eating a bacon sandwich at 8 because my partner insisted, but unfortunately I felt so tired and bloated and strangely I ate more that day. It felt as if my body deposited the bacon sandwich in a garbage bin and craved more food. I even ate a few crisps and chocolates in my desperation for energy. I then convinced myself that i will never eat breakfast as long as I live.

There isn't a "one size fits all" so I am not having a dig at obese people who have to eat a "sumo wrestlers" breakfast each morning. If they enjoy it, perhaps thats what life is to them.
For me, life is much more than food. I enjoy food a lot but I eat to live not live to eat. There are many more problems in the world which we as humans can help overcome if we are healthy in mind and spirit.

Strange that we live in a world where some are dying of too much food while others are dying of too little food. What happened to common sense?
