Emotional Wellness Healthy Mind = Healthy Body
We assume that emotional wellness is the automatic result of being thin, but if that were the case, models and other thing icons would be well-balanced, secure people...which they aren't. 
But looking at advertisements, we're sold the idea that along with losing weight comes emotional wellness, but that's not entirely true. And actually THAT's what we really want, the happiness and contentment that losing weight is apparently going to result in. But when we place our emphasis on attaining a healthy mind (rather than focusing on weight loss itself), with or without the weight loss our lives improve dramatically. That's precisely why we call our program MIND over Fatter. And that's why part of my vision for making the ditch-diets- live-light website a top loss site is that it has a holistic approach which incorporates emotional wellness as being absolutely central to our happiness with life.
