Diet Poems for you to Feed On

I wrote many desperate diet poems as a teenager! I wish I'd kept all those scrawlings to share with you here. But in fits of frustration at my own apparent failure at dieting they often got torn up never to see the light of day again.One day I woke up with this idea that I wanted a place on the ditch-diets-live-light website where people could share their diet poems. Where they could rage at the futility of yo-yo dieting, let out frustration at their inability to master what is at any rate un-masterable and where they could soak the paper with their tears of relief when they find that non-dieting is the road to freedom. Where they can write poems like this one about stopping dieting and starting living. And the amazing thing was that when I opened my e.mail that morning their was the first contribution to this page from the wonderful Bev Bancroft (the fabulously wise moderator for our online Mind over Fatter forum).
