Clothing Optional

Well I know that the first time I saw the words 'Clothing Optional' I really wasn't very sure that it meant what it said. In fact I thought it was a kind of 'tongue-in-cheek' thing. Call me naive, but little did I realize that it meant going on a little 'nakation' (a naked vacation) and baring your cheeks and um... a whole lot more!

But no, when we were tricked into going on this mini 'nakation' I was horrified when we turned the corner to realize there were just hundreds of naked bodies... and no matter how hard I looked - not one stitch of clothing in sight!

If you haven't yet read my story about how I was conned into going to a nudist resort you might like to. Because the surprising thing was just what an amazing body-confidence-changing experience it turned out to be!

These are the three nude resorts I've been to to research body image (if you check back, I'll soon have some of my taped interviews up for you to listen to) that I would recommend:

Hangin Loose: an absolute paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii near Hilo.

Laguna del Sol: a beautifully maintained resort close to Sacramento in California.

Lake Como : a friendly resort close to Tampa in Florida.
