Clothing Optional

Well I know that the first time I saw the words 'Clothing Optional' I really wasn't very sure that it meant what it said. In fact I thought it was a kind of 'tongue-in-cheek' thing. Call me naive, but little did I realize that it meant going on a little 'nakation' (a naked vacation) and baring your cheeks and um... a whole lot more!

But no, when we were tricked into going on this mini 'nakation' I was horrified when we turned the corner to realize there were just hundreds of naked bodies... and no matter how hard I looked - not one stitch of clothing in sight!

If you haven't yet read my story about how I was conned into going to a nudist resort you might like to. Because the surprising thing was just what an amazing body-confidence-changing experience it turned out to be!

With body image being my area of passion, and being intrigued that you don't find eating disorders in naturalist villages I've set this page up especially to research the whole idea of how going to a clothing optional resort and experiencing social nudity impacts on people's body image. Please help me with this research by sharing both your good and bad stories. What have your experiences of nudity been like - how have they impacted on your body image?
