These classes are about doing what we once did naturally as children: eating when we're hungry, enjoying running around, feeling good about seeing our image in the mirror or photos and getting a kick out of life.
You'll learn how our culturaly knowledge has formed the beliefs that are keeping you trapped in yo-yo dieting and you'll learn how to free yourself.
There are no pills, poders, meal replacements or craxy eating plans - just a lot of common sense that will not only change your life but forever change the way you look at yourself and your body.
